How to create a superset or circuit in Superset Sheets

To create a superset or circuit in Superset sheets, follow the steps below:

Create a new program or open an existing one in the Programs dashboard

If exercises are already created, simply highlight the consecutive exercises you want to change into a superset or circuit, right click on the selection or use (Command +G) on your keyboard to group the selection.

To edit the amount of sets, enter the number of sets in the “circuit” row and that will automatically change the number of sets in that superset or circuit.

To ungroup exercises, simply select the six dots again and select “ungroup 1 row” or use keyboard shortcut (command + shift + G)
