How to offer coupons to your products on Superset

You can offer discounts to any program with coupons. Coupons are an essential part of internet marketing that helps you create urgency (such as an early-bird discount) and to target user segments (such as sending a coupon to a custom email group). We will continue to add improvements to this feature, so let us know if you have feedback!

How to create coupons:

Since coupons are still in beta, you will need to fill out a coupon request form. Once you submit your coupon request, the Superset team will create your coupon and share your coupon URL within 24 hours! Please submit all coupon requests HERE

How to share coupons:

Coupons are currently shared automatically via URLs (we do not yet have an enter promo code feature where people can manually enter it). Once we’ve created your coupon, we’ll share a link with you that specifies the new coupon and you can share that link (email/text/social media/etc.) with anyone. The coupon will only apply to people who are actively purchasing your program. In contrast, an existing subscriber cannot apply a coupon to their existing subscription.

How to modify coupons:

Let us know if your coupon should expire sooner or needs to be re-enabled. Also, let us know how it works for you!
