How to Save Programs to Your Account

Note: Make sure you're logged into your coach account on Superset ( www.supersetapp.com) before following these steps. If you're not yet a coach, click here to sign up and start coaching for free!



Log into your coach account on Superset ( www.supersetapp.com).

Open the links to the programs you'd like to save in the same browser where you're logged into your coach account.

Make any edits or changes you want to customize the program to your needs.

Tap "Save" in the top right corner of the program editor.

The program will now be available in the "Templates" section of your coach dashboard. Click here to view your Templates section.
