Follow these steps…
Open your workout program.
If it’s a Split program, scroll down to completed workouts to see past sessions.
If it’s a Weekly program, tap the Completed tab.
You can also tap on past sets x reps inside your current workout to check your progress.
That’s it — your exercise history is now visible in the workout player.
