How clients can view their exercise history

View your past workouts and track your progress in the Superset mobile app

Follow these steps…

  1. Log in to the Superset mobile app (iOS or Android) using your coach’s invite link.

  2. Open your workout program.

    • If it’s a Split program, scroll down to completed workouts to see past sessions.

    • If it’s a Weekly program, tap the Completed tab.

  3. You can also tap on past sets x reps inside your current workout to check your progress.

  4. That’s it — your exercise history is now visible in the workout player.
