How to Set Up Client Messaging

Client messaging allows you to communicate with your clients directly through Superset, keeping everything in one place.

Steps to Enable Messaging

  1. Open your coach dashboard.

  2. Select the client you want to enable messaging for.

  3. Tap "Settings" underneath the client's profile picture.

  4. Toggle "In-app messaging" ON.

  5. Once enabled, you can message your client from the web or in coach mode on the mobile app.

Where to Access Client Messages

Once messaging is enabled, you can chat with your clients through:

The Web App

  • Go to your clients tab.

  • Click on a client's profile and select Messages to start chatting.

The Superset Mobile App (Coach Mode)

  • Open the app and switch to coach mode.

  • Tap on a client and select Messages at the top of the screen.
