How to edit a completed workout

Edit a completed workout in the Superset mobile app to update logged workout details and keep progress tracking accurate

You can edit completed workouts from the Superset mobile app. This is available for workouts that have already been logged, and edits still count toward progress and tracking.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the Superset mobile app and log in to your account. Completed workouts can only be edited on mobile, not on desktop.

  2. Open the workout program you want to review.

  3. Find the completed workout:

    • In split programs, scroll down in the program

    • In multi-week programs, open the Completed tab

    • Or go to the Inbox tab

  4. Tap the completed workout you want to edit.

  5. Tap Edit.

  6. Update the workout details you need. You can also add or remove sets by tapping the set and selecting Remove set.

  7. Save your changes.

  • Completed workouts can only be edited in the mobile app.

  • A completed workout can be edited by the coach or by the client who completed it.

  • Edited workouts still count toward progress and tracking.

  • Double-check that you are editing the correct workout before saving changes.
