You can edit completed workouts from the Superset mobile app. This is available for workouts that have already been logged, and edits still count toward progress and tracking.
Follow these steps
Open the Superset mobile app and log in to your account. Completed workouts can only be edited on mobile, not on desktop.
Open the workout program you want to review.
Find the completed workout:
In split programs, scroll down in the program
In multi-week programs, open the Completed tab
Or go to the Inbox tab
Tap the completed workout you want to edit.
Tap Edit.
Update the workout details you need. You can also add or remove sets by tapping the set and selecting Remove set.
Save your changes.
