Note: Freeform workouts in Superset Sheets lets you program any workout, any way you want. This feature is perfect for coaches looking to build AMRAPs, EMOMs, or custom workout plans.

How to Use Freeform Workouts

  1. Open a program in Superset Sheets.

  2. Right click on a cell or tap the side menu.

  3. Select "Insert text box".

  4. Add a title.

  5. Type your workout details in the body.
