Use Superset Sheets' Notes column to add exercise tempo, personalized instructions, and additional workout details.

Updated over 2 months ago

Note: Open the program settings by tapping the program name at the top of the page to enable or disable RPE, rest, and Notes. Save your changes by pressing "Confirm".

Follow these steps...

  1. Create a new workout program in Superset Sheets.

  2. Add an exercise to your program.

  3. In the "Notes" column for that exercise, add metadata like tempo, reps in reserve, and personalized exercise instruction.

  4. Tap the preview icon above the workout to preview what your workout will look like in the mobile app for clients.

That's it!
