How to Add Percentages
Open Superset Sheets.
In the Weight column, enter a percentage (e.g.
70%
) or a range (e.g.70-80%
).You can also click into the weight cell and use the dropdown menu to choose
%
inputs.That’s it! Continue building the rest of your workout as usual.
Coach Notes
You can use:
Single percentages:
70%
Ranges:
70-80%
Comma-separated progressions:
70%, 80%, 90%
Layered ranges:
70-80%, 80-90%, 90-95%
Your client will be prompted to input their 1RM the first time they see a percent-based workout. Superset will automatically calculate target weights from that number.
You or your client can update their 1RM anytime by tapping into the exercise history view inside the app.
