What it is

These emails act as a backup in case in-app notifications don’t go through. They can’t be turned off entirely, but you can filter them in your email provider so they don’t pile up.

Follow these steps (Gmail)

  1. Open Gmail and click the search bar.

  2. Type: subject:"completed a workout".

  3. Press Enter or click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the search bar.

  4. Click Create filter.

  5. Choose what to do with these emails. For example:

    • Skip the Inbox (Archive it)

    • Apply a label (e.g., “Superset Notifications”)

    • Mark as read

  6. Click Create filter again to confirm.

Notes & best practices

  • This setup only changes how Gmail treats the emails — it doesn’t affect in-app notifications.

  • You can edit or remove this filter later under Gmail → Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses.

  • For other providers (Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), check their help docs for email filtering rules.

This is a Gmail feature, not something managed by Superset. We can’t troubleshoot Gmail filters directly, but if you need help managing notifications in the app, reach out to us!
