• If using a browser, which one? Have you tried others?

Super helpful! Helps us see exactly what’s going wrong.
Email of the client or coach being affected
So we can look into the right account on our side.
App Download & Version Info
Some bugs are caused by outdated versions of the app — so it’s always good to check!
Ask your client to update the app using the links below:
iOS: v0.1.125
Android: v0.1.124
If they’re not on the latest version, updating often fixes the issue right away!
