Your coach invites you to Superset by email or by sending you a link directly. Either one gets you to the same place. If your coach set up a payment plan, you'll pay before your account is created.
Follow these steps
Open the invite from your coach, an email invite or a link they sent you. Click it.
If your coach set up a payment plan, you'll land on the payment screen first. Tap Pay Now, enter your card details, and confirm.
You'll be redirected to create your account. Fill in your name, phone number, Instagram handle, and password.
You're in. You may already see programs and forms waiting for you.
Download the Superset App (iOS or Android). On web, tap Open program or scroll down and you'll be pointed to the download.
Log in with the same email and password you just created.
💡 Tip: The web version works, but the mobile app is where you get the full experience: logging workouts, habits, messages, and check-ins.
Notes & best practices
You can only join Superset through a coach invite. There's no public sign-up for clients.
If you don't see the invite email, check your spam folder before asking your coach to resend.
If your coach added a paid offer, payment comes first. No payment, no access.
Your programs, forms, and habits only appear once your coach assigns them to you. An empty app on day one usually just means your coach hasn't published anything yet.
