How to view client and staff activity

See when a client or staff member last used Superset, who's online now, and catch quiet clients before they cancel

Last active shows you who's still using Superset and who's gone quiet. A client who stops logging in is often one about to cancel, so you can spot them early and reach out while it still matters. For your team, it shows who's actually using the platform at a glance.

Follow these steps

  1. Go to People.

  2. Select the Clients or Staff tab.

  3. Find the Last active column.

  4. Check each person's status: a green dot means they're online now, otherwise you'll see how long it's been since they last used Superset.

💡 Tip: Sort by Last active to push your quietest clients to the top. Those are the ones worth a check-in message before they drift.

Notes & best practices

  • Catch churn early. A client who's been inactive for a while is often one about to cancel. Use Last active to find them and reach out before it costs you the account.

  • Spot at-risk value. Cross-check Last active with Total spend on the client's profile. Low activity on a high-spend client is your highest-priority save.

  • Find it on the profile too. Each client's profile shows Last active next to Date joined and Total spend, so you get a quick health read in one place.

  • Monitor your team. The Staff tab labels each coach Active, Idle, or Inactive so you can see who's really using Superset.

  • Activity updates automatically as people use the app.

What does the green dot mean?

A green dot means that client or staff member is online right now.

Why is someone's Last active not updating?

It updates automatically as people use the app. If someone just did something, it can take a moment to refresh.

Does Last active show what someone was doing in the app?

No. It only shows when they were last active, not the actions they took.
