Archiving moves a client out of your active list. You’ll find it in Clients on the web app.
Follow these steps
Open Clients.
Find the client you want to archive.
Click the three dots next to their name.
Select Archive.
Notes & best practices
Archived clients no longer appear as active and won’t count toward your bill.
Active and invited clients are counted for billing.
Archived clients are not counted for billing.
If you added a sample client during your trial, archive them before your trial ends so they aren’t included in your paid billing cycle.
