How to message clients using Superset’s mobile app



Note: Superset’s mobile app is available in the iOS and Google Play store. Tap “Coach mode” when logging in.



Download Superset’s mobile app from the iOS or Google Play store.
Open Superset and tap “Coach mode” when logging in.
Tap on the client you’d like to message.
Click “Messaging” at the top of the screen to send your client a message.
Your client will be notified that a message has been sent.

Here are a few additional notes:

Toggle push notifications to “On” for Superset’s mobile app.
Coach messaging in Superset’s mobile app comes with complete interoperability – message from your desktop computer or on from your mobile device.
When you have an unread message, a red dot will appear above the messaging icon.
