How to edit client information

Update client details from their profile so your records stay accurate and your coaching setup stays organized

You can edit a client’s details directly from their profile in Superset: Clients → [client] → Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Superset → Clients.

  2. Click the client you want to update to open their profile.

  3. Click Edit (top right).

  4. Update the fields you need (for example: phone number, gender, Instagram handle, type, coach).

  5. Click Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Once a client redeems their invite, you can’t edit their name or email - only the client can update those in the app.

  • If the client is still Invited, you can revert them to a lead and convert them to a client again; during reconversion you can update their email before sending a new invite.

  • If you’re changing coaching ownership (like switching the assigned coach), double-check the profile after saving to confirm it updated correctly.

  • Keep handles (like Instagram) consistent so it’s easier to search and match clients later.

FAQ

Can I edit a client’s name or email?

Only if they haven’t redeemed their invite yet. After they redeem, only the client can change name/email in the app.

What if I invited the client with the wrong email?

If they’re still Invited, revert them to a lead and convert them again, then update the email before sending a new invite.

Where do I edit things like phone number or Instagram handle?

Go to Clients → [client] → Edit, update the fields, then click Save.
