You can edit a client’s details directly from their profile in Superset: Clients → [client] → Edit.
Follow these steps
Open Superset → Clients.
Click the client you want to update to open their profile.
Click Edit (top right).
Update the fields you need (for example: phone number, gender, Instagram handle, type, coach).
Click Save.
Notes & best practices
Once a client redeems their invite, you can’t edit their name or email - only the client can update those in the app.
If the client is still Invited, you can revert them to a lead and convert them to a client again; during reconversion you can update their email before sending a new invite.
If you’re changing coaching ownership (like switching the assigned coach), double-check the profile after saving to confirm it updated correctly.
Keep handles (like Instagram) consistent so it’s easier to search and match clients later.
