Comments let you coach directly on a client’s completed workout from the Activity feed. Go to Coach dashboard → Activity.
Follow these steps
Open the coach dashboard on desktop.
Click Activity in the side menu.
Select a completed workout event.
Add your feedback: comment on a specific exercise, or scroll to the bottom to leave overall feedback.
Click to post your comment. Your client receives a push notification and can reply directly.

Use comments to correct form, motivate, or ask follow-up questions.
Keep feedback short and specific so clients can act on it quickly.
Comments appear alongside logged workouts, so you don’t need to switch platforms.
Comment on the exact exercise when the feedback is technical; use overall feedback for summaries and next-session goals.
If you want a response, end with a clear question (e.g., “How did that set feel?”).
