How to leave feedback after a workout

Send your coach feedback, comments, or suggestions when you finish a workout in the Superset app

Written by Agatha Beise

When you finish a workout, you can leave a note for your coach about how it went. It's the quickest way to flag that something was too heavy, too easy, or hurt.

Follow these steps

  1. Finish your workout in the Superset app.

  2. On the completion screen, find the feedback box: Add feedback, comments, or suggestions…

  3. Type what you want your coach to know.

  4. Choose Submit feedback. You'll see Feedback saved when it's through.

Notes & best practices

  • Feedback attaches to that specific workout, so your coach sees it in context rather than as a loose message.

  • Be specific about which exercise. "Third set of squats felt sharp in the left knee" is far more useful than "rough session".

  • Use exercise notes for a comment about one movement, and workout feedback for how the session went overall.

  • If something hurt, say so here and message your coach. Feedback is read when they review your session, not necessarily straight away.

FAQ

Does my coach get notified?

Your feedback appears with the completed workout when your coach reviews it. For anything urgent, send a message as well.

Can I edit feedback after submitting?

If you need to correct something, message your coach directly.

What's the difference between this and exercise notes?

Exercise notes are about one movement. Workout feedback is about the session as a whole.
