How to manage notifications in Superset

Choose which alerts you receive, how you receive them (Push, SMS, Email), and whether to send them to your clients

Follow these steps

  1. Open Account β†’ Notifications.

  2. Review the list of notification types.

  3. Select how you want to receive each one: Push, SMS, or Email.

  4. (Optional) Adjust client notifications by toggling them on or off.

  5. To disable all alerts at once, use Turn off all notifications.

  6. Click Save to apply changes.

Notes & best practices

  • Always hit Save after updating your preferences.

  • Client push notifications only apply if they have the Superset app installed.

  • Push is the fastest way to get real-time updates.

  • You can change settings anytime.

FAQ

Can I get the same notification in more than one channel?

No β€” you can only choose one delivery method per notification.

If I turn off all notifications, will my clients still receive theirs?

No β€” disabling all notifications applies to both you and your clients.

Do clients control their own notifications?

Not yet. Coaches manage client notifications from the Notifications tab.

Will changes apply instantly?

Yes β€” updates take effect as soon as you click Save.
