What is Habits?

Habits lets you prescribe any simple, text-based habit (e.g., “Drink 2L of water,” “10-minute walk”) and track completion daily. Clients receive reminders, check off progress, and you see results in your Activity feed.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the client profile

Go to Clients → choose your client → scroll down to Habits.

  2. Add the first habit

Tap Add habit → type a title (e.g., “Sleep 7+ hours”).

Tap Save. The habit is now active for this client.

  3. Add more habits

In the Habits section header, tap the + (top-right) → enter a title → Save.

  • Check client experience

    • Your client sees all habits in their app, can mark each complete daily, and will receive daily reminders to check in.

  • Track completions as a coach

    • All habit check-ins appear in your Activity feed automatically. You’ll also get a notification the next day if a client submitted all of their habits.

Edit or remove a habit

  • Edit: In the client’s Habits section, click the ⋮ (three dots)Edit → update the title → Save.

  • Remove: Click the ⋮ (three dots)Archive to remove the habit.

Notes & best practices

  • Keep habit names short and specific (what, not why).

  • Start with 1–3 habits to build momentum.

  • Use action verbs: Drink, Walk, Stretch, Meditate, Log meals.

  • Check the Activity tab for a quick roll-up of completions.
