Habits lets you assign simple, text-based habits (for example, “Drink 2L of water” or “10-minute walk”) and track completion daily. You’ll find it inside each client profile under Habits.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Clients → select a client → scroll to Habits.

  2. Click Add habit → type a title (example: “Sleep 7+ hours”).

  3. Choose whether you want to use an existing habit or create a new one.

  4. Set the cadence to Daily or Weekly.

  5. If you choose Weekly, pick the specific days (example: Mon, Wed, Fri).

  6. Add more habits by tapping the + in the Habits header (top-right) → select an existing habit or create a new one → Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Keep habit names short and specific (what, not why).

  • Start with 1-3 habits to build momentum.

  • Use action verbs: Drink, Walk, Stretch, Meditate, Log meals.

  • Client experience: clients see all habits in their app, can mark each one complete, and receive reminders based on the cadence you set.
