Stripe collects payments from your clients and transfers them to your connected bank account. You control how often this happens in your Payout Settings.
Daily payouts: Money is sent every business day (with a standard 2–3 day processing delay).
Weekly payouts: Funds are grouped and sent once a week, on the day you choose.
Monthly payouts: Funds are grouped and sent once a month, on the date you choose.
Manual payouts: You can also choose to transfer money manually at any time.
Follow these steps…
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Settings → Payout Settings.
Under Payout schedule, select Automatic every day, week, or month, or choose Manual payouts.
Click Save to confirm.
Notes & best practices
There is always a standard processing delay (usually 2 business days in the US, longer in some countries).
Public holidays and weekends may extend payout times.
If a refund is issued and your balance isn’t enough to cover it, Stripe may debit your bank account or offset it from future payouts.
💡 Most coaches choose weekly payouts for a balance between steady cash flow and simpler bookkeeping.
