Follow these steps

  1. Open your Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Payments → Payment methods.

  2. Click Create configuration and give it a name (e.g., Klarna).

  3. Save the configuration.

  4. In the payment options list, toggle on Klarna (and any others you’d like, such as Apple Pay).

  5. Done — your clients will now see Klarna available at checkout.

Notes & best practices

  • Clients will see Pay now → then Stripe’s checkout page with cards, Apple Pay, and pay-later options like Klarna.

  • Availability depends on the client’s region and currency.

  • Fees are charged according to Stripe’s policies.

  • Refunds include Klarna transactions, but Stripe fees are non-refundable.
