Follow these steps
Open your Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Payments → Payment methods.
Click Create configuration and give it a name (e.g., Klarna).
Save the configuration.
In the payment options list, toggle on Klarna (and any others you’d like, such as Apple Pay).
Done — your clients will now see Klarna available at checkout.

Clients will see Pay now → then Stripe’s checkout page with cards, Apple Pay, and pay-later options like Klarna.
Availability depends on the client’s region and currency.
Fees are charged according to Stripe’s policies.
