Client tags let you label your clients with keywords or categories (like “Athletes,” “Trial,” or “Bootcamp”). You can add tags when inviting a client or later from their profile. Tags make it easier to filter your Clients tab and assign Group Programs in bulk.

Follow these steps

  1. Add a tag when inviting a client

    • Go to Clients → + Add client.

    • Under Tags, add one or more labels that describe the client.

    • Click Continue — the tag will be saved automatically.

  2. Add or edit tags later

    • Go to Clients.

    • Find the client and click the + under the Tags column to add or edit tags.

    • Or open the Client profile → right side → Tags → +.

  3. Filter clients by tag

    • Go to Clients.

    • Use the Tag filter at the top of the page to see only clients with specific tags.

  4. Assign programs by tag

    • Go to Programs → Assign Group Program.

    • Choose a Tag instead of selecting clients one by one — everyone with that tag will be added automatically.

  5. Bulk edit tags

    • In Clients,

    • Click Bulk edit.

    • Add or remove tags for all selected clients at once.

Notes & best practices

  • Use short, clear names (e.g., “Online,” “PT,” “Trial”).

  • You can apply multiple tags to a single client.

  • Tags are visible only to you and your coaching team.

  • Future updates will include more onboarding options and automations tied to tags.
