Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

An onboarding automation creates a join code you can share so clients can sign up and start with the right program.

Find it in Superset → Automations.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Superset → Automations.

  2. Click Create newOnboarding.

  3. Enter an automation Name.

  4. Select the Program you want new clients to start with.

  5. (Optional) Add Tags for clients who join through this onboarding flow.

  6. (Optional) Enable 14-day trial.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Click Confirm to activate the flow.

Notes & best practices

  • If 14-day trial is enabled, clients start a 14-day trial after signing up.

  • If you move a client to Active during the trial, they stay active.

  • If a client is not moved to Active by the end of the trial, they are automatically archived.

  • After you confirm, you’ll see a join code. You can copy it anytime from Automations.

  • Share the code anywhere: a group chat, 1:1 message, or social posts.
