Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Practice plans let you map out a session in a sheets-style format using Title, Duration, and a free-text Description for each block (with optional videos). Find it in Superset → Programming → Practice plans.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Superset → Programming → Practice plans.

  2. Click Add practice.

  3. Add a Title for your plan.

  4. Add a block by entering a block Title, Duration, and Description.

  5. Repeat to build the full session flow.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Click Assign to share it with the right clients or groups.

Notes & best practices

  • Use Duration to keep the session moving and aligned across groups.

  • Use the Description for logistics (stations, rotations, cues, equipment) and optional videos.

  • You can create Drills from the Practice plans page, or go to Programming → Drills and create them there.

  • If you don’t see Practice plans, you may need a Business/Enterprise upgrade.

FAQ

What’s a practice plan used for?

It’s a run-of-show for a session, organized into timed blocks with flexible instructions.

How is this different from a workout program?

Practice plans are timed blocks + free text. Workout programs are typically exercise-based (sets, reps, load).

Where do drills fit in?

Drills can be created directly from Practice plans, or from Programming → Drills.
