When Products is the better fit

Use Products when you’re selling something repeatable:

  • A program, challenge, or plan that’s the same for everyone

  • A fixed deliverable with a clear start/end (or clear access period)

  • Anything you want to scale without rebuilding it per client

Common examples: 8-week program, training template, challenge, ebook, pre-built block.

When 1:1 Coaching is the better fit

Use 1:1 Coaching when you’re selling personalized service:

  • Ongoing check-ins, adjustments, and accountability

  • Programming or nutrition that changes based on the client’s feedback/results

  • Clients paying for your time and expertise, not a fixed package

Common examples: monthly coaching, weekly programming updates, tailored nutrition coaching.
