In Superset, you can sell either Products (one-to-many content) or 1:1 Coaching (one-to-one service). This article helps you choose the right fit and set expectations around fees.

Products

Products are packaged content you sell to many clients. Think “buy once, get access.”

Best for repeatable offers like an 8-week program, training template, challenge, ebook, or pre-built block.

  • Fees: 12% platform fee + 3% Stripe fee.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching is personalized, ongoing coaching for one client. Think “you’re paying for guidance + adjustments.”

Best for ongoing check-ins, accountability, and programming/nutrition that changes based on results.

  • Fees: 4% platform fee + 3% Stripe fee.

Quick rule of thumb

If you’re selling a deliverable → Products. If you’re selling your ongoing coaching → 1:1 Coaching.

Notes & best practices

  • Use Products when you want something scalable that you don’t rebuild per client.

  • Use 1:1 Coaching when clients are paying for your time, feedback loops, and ongoing adjustments.

  • Price with fees in mind: platform fee differs by type (Products vs 1:1), but Stripe fee applies to both.

  • If your offer includes hands-on personalization, it will usually fit best as 1:1 Coaching, even if you also share templates.
