What is the Superset Business Plan?

Everything you need on one platform, built around how your operation actually works

Written by Agatha Beise

Superset Business is built for gyms, studios, sports teams, and multi-coach facilities that need more than a standard plan can offer. It's not just higher limits, it's a plan where Superset adapts to your workflows, not the other way around.

Who This Is For

Any fitness or sports organization running multiple coaches, managing a large client base, or operating workflows that don't fit a one-size-fits-all setup. That includes gyms, training studios, athletic teams, sports facilities, and similar operations.

What's Included

  • Full access to Superset Core — everything the platform offers, with no feature restrictions.

  • Superset AI-Powered Programming — AI tools for building and scaling training programs.

  • Unlimited coaches, clients, and members — pricing is structured around your volume, not hard caps. A typical setup includes a base number of clients with a flat per-client rate beyond that threshold.

  • Custom use-cases built for your operation — if your workflow doesn't fit the standard setup, we build around it.

  • Prioritized support — dedicated check-ins, onboarding documentation, and faster response times.

Custom Use-Cases

This is what makes Business different. Some operations have needs that go beyond configuring what already exists in Superset, they need something built specifically for them.

Examples of what this looks like in practice:

  • A baseball facility needed a different programming structure for position-specific athlete development

  • A training organization needed structured group classes built into their workflow

If your operation has a specific need, we scope it with you and build it as part of your plan.

Pricing

Business plans start at $499/mo. Final pricing depends on your team size, client volume, and the scope of what gets built for your organization.

How It Works

  1. You reach out and we schedule a discovery call

  2. We discuss your workflows, team size, and what needs to be built

  3. We put together a scope and custom pricing proposal

  4. A pilot period begins — typically 3 or 6 months — during which custom features are built and validated alongside your team. Depending on budget, a free opt-out may be available during the pilot

  5. Once everything is working the way it should, you move to full rollout
