How to create and manage classes

Create and manage group classes in Superset so clients can book sessions from the mobile app

Classes let you run reservable group sessions (CrossFit, HYROX, bootcamps, etc.). Find it on Superset Web in AppointmentsClasses.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Superset on web and log in.

  2. In the left sidebar, go to Appointments → Classes.

  3. Click Create a class (or + Create new on the top right).

  4. In the right-side panel, enter the class Name.

  5. Select a Start date + the Start time and End time.

  6. (Optional) Set a Repeat schedule by choosing which days it repeats.

  7. (Team accounts only) Assign a Coach to the class.

  8. (Optional) Add a Class limit, Location, and Description, then Save.

Notes & best practices:

  • You can edit a class anytime.

  • Classes also appear on your Appointments calendar, where you can add clients from your side.

  • Consider adding a clear description (what to bring, skill level, etc.) to reduce questions.

  • Add a class limit if you need to cap attendance.

FAQ:

Can I edit a class after it’s created?

Yes. Go to Appointments → Classes, click the class, update details, and save.

Where will the class show up after I create it?

It shows on Appointments → Classes and also on your Appointments calendar.

Can I assign a coach to a class?

Yes, if you’re on a team account, you can assign a coach during setup (or later by editing).

Can I set a repeating class?

Yes. Choose the days it repeats when creating the class.
