How to set up locations

Create locations in your account and assign coaches to them to organize your team by gym, studio, or branch

Locations let you group coaches by where they work. Once a coach is assigned to a location, you can use it as a reference point for organizing your team.

Locations is enabled by request, message us on chat or email [email protected] and we'll turn it on.

Follow these steps

Create a location

  1. Go to Account > Locations.

  2. Click + Add location.

  3. Enter a name and address.

  4. Click Save.

Assign a coach to a location

  1. Go to People > Team.

  2. Find the coach you want to assign.

  3. Click the three dots on their row > Edit.

  4. Under Location, select the location you created.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Create all your locations first before assigning coaches, it makes the assignment step much faster.

Notes & best practices

  • A coach can be assigned to one location at a time.

  • You can edit or delete locations anytime from Account > Locations.

  • Reporting filters by location are a work in progress – for now, locations act as a label for your team structure.

  • If you have a multi-gym setup, name locations clearly (e.g., "Downtown Studio" vs "Westside Gym") so they're easy to pick from the dropdown.

FAQ

Can a coach be assigned to more than one location?

Not at the moment. Each coach can be assigned to one location.

What happens if I delete a location that has coaches assigned to it?

The coaches will remain on your team, but their location field will be cleared. You can reassign them to another location anytime.
