Booking Links let you create a public link for clients to book appointments based on your availability. You’ll find it in Appointments → Booking Links (after it’s enabled on your account).
Follow these steps
In Superset, open Appointments → Booking Links.
Click + Create new (top-right).
Add the basics: Title, Duration (30m, 45m, 60m, 90m), Location, and Description.
Set Availability for this booking link (the times clients can book).
Choose visibility: toggle whether this link should Show in client app.
Open Advanced, set Booking notice (12h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 1 week) and Cancellation policy (same options), then click Publish and Share link.
Notes & best practices
Create one link per appointment type (example: “Consult call” vs “Check-in”).
Add clear location details (Zoom link, address, or “Remote”) to reduce back-and-forth.
Use a booking notice to protect your calendar from last-minute surprises (your future self will thank you).
Keep your description short: what it is, who it’s for, and what to prepare.
If you show it in the client app, name it clearly so clients pick the right option.
Booking Links automatically hide time slots that are already booked, so clients only see available appointment times.
Canceled and no-show appointments automatically make their time slot available for booking again.
