How to add a coach seat

Invite coaches and other staff members from the Staff page and manage pending invitations.

Steps to invite a new staff

  1. Go to People on your sidebar.

  2. Click on Staff.

  3. Click Add Staff.

  4. Enter the team member's full name.

  5. Enter their email address.

  6. Select their role.

  7. Click Send invite.

How to access your account as an invited coach

  1. Open the invitation email sent to your email inbox.

  2. Click Let's go to create your account.

  3. Enter your full name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, and password.

  4. Click Sign up.

Notes & best practices

  • Admins and Managers can invite new team members.

  • Use the correct coach email (that’s what they’ll use to log in).

  • Admins and Managers can archive, unarchive, resend, or revoke invitations.

  • The Pro plan includes 1 coach seat. Each additional coach seat costs $29/month.

FAQ

Can I resend an invitation?

Yes! Just follow the same process again to resend the invitation.

When can the new coach start using Superset?

Team members must accept their invitation before accessing the account.

I can't find my invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the invitation, contact support at [email protected] for help.
