Removing a coach from your team is done by our team. Just reach out and let us know which coach to remove. This request needs to come from an account admin.
Follow these steps
Open a chat with us in the app, or email [email protected].
Tell us the name and email of the coach you want removed.
Our team will confirm once the coach is removed from your account.
Notes & best practices
Only an account admin can request a coach removal.
The coach will lose access to your team account, but their personal Superset account and data are retained.
Clients assigned to that coach stay in your account, they aren't removed with the coach.
If the same coach rejoins later, they can log back in with the same email. No need to recreate the account.
