Previewing a form shows it the way your client will see it. It's the fastest way to catch a confusing question, a missing option, or a section in the wrong order.
Follow these steps
Open Forms.
Open the form you want to check.
Choose Preview.
Read through it as a client would, then go back and edit anything that doesn't read well.
Notes & best practices
Preview is read-only. Answers you type there aren't saved against anyone.
Always preview before sending an onboarding or application form. It's the first thing a new client sees, and a confusing question costs you sign-ups.
Read it on a phone if you can. Most clients fill forms on their phone, and a form that reads fine on a laptop can feel very long on a small screen.
Watch the length. Every extra question is another chance for someone to abandon the form.
