How to reset your password

From the login page, click on “forgot password” and you will be brought to the “Forgot password” page: https://www.supersetapp.com/account/user/reset
Enter your email and click “Reset my password”
Check your email for a message from: noreply@b.supersetapp.com and follow the instructions.

If you are unable to reset your password

If you tried to reset your password from the “Forgot password” page (https://www.supersetapp.com/account/user/reset) and you don’t see the email in your inbox, then here are some potential solutions:

Enter noreply@b.supersetapp.com into the search in your email application to see if you can find any emails from Superset. There should be one for resetting your password.
Check your spam or junk folder in your email application to see if the email was sent there.
The email usually comes through right away, but may take a few minutes in rare situations.
If you entered an email that doesn’t exist in our system, then a password reset email will not be sent. Check to see in your search of noreply@b.supersetapp.com if there are emails sent to an alternate email address that you have. If so, return to the password reset page and enter that email.
If you still can’t find the email, reach out to us and we’ll help identify your account and get things sorted.
