Important Note
If you decide to cancel, you will retain access to your Superset account until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged after that date. A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to your email as a record of the account's pending deactivation and timeline.
For example, if your billing cycle renews around the 15th of the month and you cancel prior to that, you will retain uninterrupted access to your workouts and data until that date. This ensures that users have sufficient time to fully utilize their subscriptions.
Data and Access After Cancellation
After cancelling your Superset subscription, access to all your workouts and data will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle. This aligns with our policy to ensure users have adequate time to manage and utilize their content before full deactivation. You can use this period to ensure that any necessary backups or transitions are completed before the account is fully closed.
