Updated over 2 months ago

Note: The max RIR you can set in Superset Sheets is 10.

Follow these steps...

  1. Create a new Superset Sheets program or open an existing one.

  2. Go to the program settings tab by clicking the tab icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Toggle on "Effort (RPE or RIR)" and set the effort unit to "RIR".

  4. In the "RIR" column of your workout, enter a fixed number ("2"), rep range ("2-3"), or comma separated values ("6, 4, 2") to enter a different RIR for each set.

  5. RIR will show up in the "Target" column of Superset's mobile app.
