How to add RPE and rest to a workout program

Enable RPE and rest intervals in Superset Sheets with simple toggle settings on the right hand side.

Note: To create your first workout program in Superset Sheets, watch this video.

Follow these steps...

  1. After logging into your coach dashboard, tap Programs and "Add program."

  2. If you see the RPE and rest columns enabled, you can start building workouts.

  3. To enable RPE or rest, click the carrot icon next to your program's name.

  4. Toggle on RPE or rest and press "Confirm" to save your changes.

  5. That's it! Start programming!
