How to program time-based exercises in Superset Sheets

Guide for setting timed based exercises in Superset Sheets using proper time formats (30s, 1m, 90s)

Note: This article is for coaches only.

Follow these steps...

  1. Open a new or existing program in Superset Sheets.

  2. Start typing in a cell to enter an exercise.

  3. Under the "Reps" column, type a number (i.e., 30) and the letter "s" to denote 30 seconds.

  4. Do the same for minutes – "1m" for 1 minute.

  5. To program 1 minute and 30 seconds, use the seconds denomination – "90s"

Again, do not enter "1:30m" in the reps column, this will render as 1 minute for your client. To program a denomination other than whole minutes, use seconds – i.e., 90s instead of 1:30m for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
