How to add content links to a client profile

Add content links to a client in Superset so they can access resources like videos, forms, or documents anytime in their app

Content links are shareable URLs you add inside a client profile. You’ll find this in Clients → select a client → Content.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Clients → select a client.

  2. Go to Content.

  3. Click Add content.

  4. Paste the link you want to share (YouTube, Google Doc, website, etc.).

  5. Add a title (what the client will see).

  6. Click Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Use clear titles so clients know what to open (example: “Monthly check-in form” or “Warm-up video”).

  • Add only links that are accessible without special permissions (or make sure sharing is enabled).

  • Content links are client-specific, so add them to each client who needs them.

  • If you want to send a PDF during the invite email, use Add attachment in the invite flow instead.

In their Superset client app under their content/resources area for that client.

Can I edit or remove a link later?

Yes. Go back to Clients → client → Content, then open the link options to edit or remove it.

Can I use content links for waivers or PAR-Q forms?

Yes, if your waiver/PAR-Q is hosted online with a shareable link, you can add it in Content so the client can access it anytime.
