Content links are shareable URLs you add inside a client profile. You’ll find this in Clients → select a client → Content.
Follow these steps
Open Clients → select a client.
Go to Content.
Click Add content.
Paste the link you want to share (YouTube, Google Doc, website, etc.).
Add a title (what the client will see).
Click Save.
Notes & best practices
Use clear titles so clients know what to open (example: “Monthly check-in form” or “Warm-up video”).
Add only links that are accessible without special permissions (or make sure sharing is enabled).
Content links are client-specific, so add them to each client who needs them.
If you want to send a PDF during the invite email, use Add attachment in the invite flow instead.
