Superset Products lets you sell one-time programs (like challenges or specialty plans). When you cancel your account, Products is deactivated along with the rest of your tools.

What to expect

  • Clients who already purchased your Products will lose access.

  • New clients won’t be able to buy your Products.

  • You won’t be able to edit Products or see who purchased them.

Notes & best practices

  • Message purchasers in advance so they know when access will end and what to do next.

  • Save any key purchaser details you’ll need for follow-ups (names, emails, purchase context) before canceling.

  • If you want clients to keep the material, consider delivering it in another format before you cancel.

  • If you’re not sure how to support clients through the transition, reach out to Support.
