If you’re looking to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to reach out directly to your coach or gym. Since all billing is managed by them, we’re not able to make changes or cancel subscriptions on their behalf.
You can usually contact them by replying to one of their emails, or messaging them directly through the app (if they have in-app messages turned on).
