If you’re a client of a coach or gym that uses Superset, and you’re looking to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to contact them directly. Since all billing is managed by your coach or gym (not Superset), we’re not able to make changes or cancel subscriptions on their behalf.
You can usually reach them by replying to one of their emails or messaging them directly through the app (if they’ve enabled in-app messages).
