Session packs live in Appointments → Session packs, where you can create a pack for a client and attach a payment offer.
Follow these steps
Open Appointments.
Go to Session packs.
Click + Create new.
Select the client you want to create the pack for.
Choose a suggested pack or create a custom pack:
Add a title
Add a start date (optional)
Set an expiration (optional)
Add a cancellation policy (optional)
Click Create session pack.
Create an offer (so the client can pay):
Add a price
Add a memo (optional)
Click Create offer
Session packs let you bundle multiple sessions that a client can purchase and use over time.

Use start date when the pack shouldn’t be active immediately.
Use expiration to keep packs time-bound.
Add a short memo that clarifies what’s included.
