How to create a session pack

Bundle multiple sessions together as a package you can sell to clients

Session packs let you bundle multiple sessions that a client can purchase and use over time.

Session packs live in Appointments → Session packs, where you can create a pack for a client and attach a payment offer.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Appointments.

  2. Go to Session packs.

  3. Click + Create new.

  4. Select the client you want to create the pack for.

  5. Choose a suggested pack or create a custom pack:

    • Add a title

    • Add a start date (optional)

    • Set an expiration (optional)

    • Add a cancellation policy (optional)

  6. Click Create session pack.

  7. Create an offer (so the client can pay):

    • Add a price

    • Add a memo (optional)

    • Click Create offer

Notes & best practices

  • Use start date when the pack shouldn’t be active immediately (e.g., “starts next Monday”).

  • Use expiration to keep packs time-bound (and avoid “I bought this in 2021” energy).

  • Add a short memo that clarifies what’s included (ex: “10 x 60-min sessions”).

FAQ

Can I change the start date or expiration later?

Yes - open the session pack detail page and update the pack settings.

What happens when a pack expires?

The pack stops being usable after the expiration window ends.
