Session packs are prepaid bundles of sessions. You can schedule pack sessions from Appointments → Calendar or from Appointments → Session packs.
Follow these steps
Open Appointments.
Choose how you want to schedule:
From Calendar: click a time slot (or + Create new) → select Session pack.
From Session packs: go to Session packs → open your client’s pack → click Schedule next to the session you want to book.
Select the client and session pack.
Set the date, time, and duration.
(Optional) Add a location or description.
Click Save (or Confirm → Schedule, depending on the flow).
Notes & best practices
Scheduling from a session pack uses one session from the client’s remaining balance.
If the client has multiple packs, double-check you selected the correct one before saving.
Add details like address or Zoom link in the location/description so the client has everything in one place.
If you only need a single appointment not tied to a pack, schedule a One-off session instead.
If you don’t see Session pack as an option, confirm the client has an active pack with sessions remaining.
