A one-off session is a single appointment you schedule for a client. You’ll find this in Calendar.
Follow these steps
Open Calendar and click a time slot (or click + Create new).
In the session window, select One-off.
Choose the client, date, time, and duration.
(Optional) Set it to repeat weekly, monthly, or annually.
(Optional) Add a location or description.
Click Next.
Add a price for the session.
Click Confirm → Schedule to finalize.
Notes & best practices
Clients will see one-off sessions in their app as soon as they’re scheduled.
Use the location/description fields for anything the client needs before arriving (address, Zoom link, what to bring).
If you need a series of prepaid sessions, use a session pack instead.
Add the price before scheduling so billing is clear for the client.
