Superset Sheets is a spreadsheet-style programming tool where you build workouts that instantly translate into the client app. You’ll find it in your coach dashboard under Programming (then open a program in Sheets).

Follow these steps

  1. Open Superset → Programming.

  2. Open an existing program (or create a new one) to launch Superset Sheets.

  3. Build your workouts in the sheet (split programs within a week, or multi-week programs by duplicating workouts/weeks).

  4. Add exercises by searching the library, or create a custom exercise with your own tips/links/videos.

  5. Add coaching details:

    • Set Reps for each exercise (including ranges when needed).

    • Set Weight as a fixed number or a range based on your intent for the session.

    • Add RIR or RPE to guide effort (ex: “2 RIR” or “RPE 8”).

    • Set Rest times so clients know exactly how long to recover between sets.

    • Use the Notes field for coaching cues like tempo, form reminders, breathing, setup, or substitutions.

    • Group exercises into circuits/supersets when you want clients to move through multiple movements together.

  6. Use move/duplicate tools to reorder sessions or extend your program across weeks.

  7. Click SaveAssign, then choose Individual (unique copy per client) or Group (shared master program).

Notes & best practices

  • If you edit a program that’s already assigned, clients see updates right away.

  • Edits to an unassigned template only affect that template (they won’t change programs already assigned).

  • Save custom exercises once, then reuse them across all programs from your library.

  • Use Duplicate (including “duplicate entire week”) to build multi-week progressions faster.

  • For circuits/supersets, group consecutive exercises and manage sets from the circuit row.

FAQ

Do clients see changes immediately when I edit a program?

Yes, clients update instantly when you edit the assigned program (not just the template).

What’s the difference between Individual and Group assignment?

Individual creates a unique copy per client. Group creates a shared master program multiple clients follow.

Can I create my own exercises?

Yes, custom exercises can include notes/tips, YouTube/Vimeo links, or short video uploads, and then stay in your library for reuse.

Can I program AMRAPs, EMOMs, or freeform sessions?

Yes, you can add them using a freeform text box for time caps, rounds, or custom structures.

How do I move or duplicate workouts across weeks?

Use the arrows to move sessions and the duplicate options in the workout header (including duplicating an entire week).
