Superset Sheets works just like a spreadsheet — but everything you build instantly becomes a mobile app for your clients.

Creating Workouts

You can build two types of programs:

  • Split programs: workouts spread throughout the week.

  • Multi-week programs: duplicate workouts to extend across multiple weeks.

Real-Time Updates

Anytime you edit a program that’s already assigned to a client, the client’s app updates instantly.

⚠️ If you edit a program template that hasn’t been assigned yet, those edits stay only in the template. Assigned client programs won’t be affected.

Custom Exercises

Search from 1,200+ exercise videos, or create your own with:

  • Notes and tips

  • YouTube/Vimeo links

  • Short video uploads

Once saved, custom exercises stay in your library and can be reused across all programs.

Groups & Notes

  • Group exercises into circuits, warm-ups, cool-downs, or custom supersets.

  • Use the Notes column for tempo, guidance, or encouragement specific to each exercise.

  • Add Workout notes at the top of a session to preview instructions or share motivation.

You can also program AMRAPs, EMOMs, or WODs by inserting a freeform text box for time caps, rounds, or custom structures.

Assigning Programs

When you’re ready, click Save and then Assign.

  • Assign an individual program for a single client.

  • Or assign a group program to share one program across multiple clients or teams.

Build faster, program smarter, and deliver workouts your clients love with Superset Sheets.
