Superset Sheets gives you flexible tools to move workouts, copy/paste them, and duplicate across weeks. This makes programming faster and avoids starting from scratch.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the program you want to edit.

  2. To move a workout, use the up or down arrows in the top-right corner of the workout header.

  3. To duplicate, click the duplicate icon in the header and choose one of the options: same week, next week, or duplicate entire week.

  4. To copy only specific exercises, click and drag to select them, then copy and paste where needed.

Notes & best practices

  • Use duplicate to next week when building progressive programs.

  • Duplicate entire week is perfect for repeating training blocks.

  • Important: clients only see updates if you edit the program already assigned to them.

FAQ

Can I reorder exercises inside a workout the same way?

Yes β€” you can drag and drop exercises within a workout.

Do clients see updates right away?

Yes, but only if you edit the assigned program (not just the template).

What happens if I duplicate a week with edits?

The duplicated week will copy everything exactly as it appears, including changes.
