Superset Sheets gives you flexible tools to move workouts, copy/paste them, and duplicate across weeks. This makes programming faster and avoids starting from scratch.
Follow these steps
- Open the program you want to edit.
- To move a workout, use the up or down arrows in the top-right corner of the workout header.
- To duplicate, click the duplicate icon in the header and choose one of the options: same week, next week, or duplicate entire week.
- To copy only specific exercises, click and drag to select them, then copy and paste where needed.
Notes & best practices
- Use duplicate to next week when building progressive programs.
- Duplicate entire week is perfect for repeating training blocks.
- Important: clients only see updates if you edit the program already assigned to them.
