How to enable in-app messaging with clients

Enable in-app messaging to chat directly with your clients inside the Superset app

You can find this option in each client’s profile settings.

Follow these steps

  1. Go to Clients.

  2. Select the client you want to message.

  3. Open the client’s Settings tab.

  4. Toggle on In-app messaging.

  5. Tap Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Messaging is enabled per client — repeat the steps for each client you want to activate.

  • Make sure your client has the latest version of the Superset app installed.

  • Once enabled, your client will see a chat tab inside their app.

Do clients need to enable anything on their end?

No, once you toggle it on, the chat appears in their app.

Can I disable messaging later?

Yes, just go back to the client’s profile settings and toggle it off.

Is this available on all plans?

Yes, all coaches can enable in-app messaging with their clients.
