How to enable in-app messaging with clients

Enable in-app messaging in Superset so you can chat directly with a client inside the Superset app

In-app messaging is a per-client setting you’ll find in each client’s profile under the Settings tab.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Clients.

  2. Select the client you want to message.

  3. Open the client’s Settings tab.

  4. Toggle on In-app messaging.

  5. Click Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Messaging is enabled per client, so repeat these steps for each client you want to activate.

  • Make sure your client has the latest version of the Superset app installed.

  • Once enabled, your client will see a Chat tab inside their app.

FAQ

Do clients need to enable anything on their end?

No. Once you toggle it on, the chat appears in their app.

Can I disable messaging later?

Yes. Go back to the client’s profile Settings tab and toggle it off.

Is this available on all plans?

Yes. All coaches can enable in-app messaging with their clients.
