You can find this option in each client’s profile settings.
Follow these steps
Go to Clients.
Select the client you want to message.
Open the client’s Settings tab.
Toggle on In-app messaging.
Tap Save.

Messaging is enabled per client — repeat the steps for each client you want to activate.
Make sure your client has the latest version of the Superset app installed.
Once enabled, your client will see a chat tab inside their app.
