When you’re following a workout, you can add extra sets or remove existing ones directly from the exercise screen.
Follow these steps
Open your workout in Client Mode and start it.
Tap on the exercise where you want to add or remove a set.
To add a set → tap Add set below the last set.
To remove a set → tap the set you want to remove and confirm.
Notes & best practices
Adding sets helps if you want more volume in your workout.
Only remove a set if you don’t plan to complete it — removed sets can’t be recovered.

Can I add multiple sets at once?
No — you’ll need to add them one by one.
Will my coach see the sets I add/remove?
Yes — your coach can see your completed sets in their dashboard.
