How to view your exercise history

See your past workouts and track your progress from inside the workout player

Written by Noah Cracknell

Superset keeps every session you log. You can look back at completed workouts, or check what you lifted last time without leaving the exercise you're on.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the Superset app and go to your program on the Home tab.

  2. Find your completed workouts:

    • Split program → scroll down to Completed workouts.

    • Weekly program → tap the Completed tab.

  3. Tap any past workout to see the sets, reps, and weights you logged.

  4. To check your history mid-workout, tap the previous sets x reps shown next to the exercise you're on.

💡 Tip: Checking your last session before a set is the fastest way to know what to load. You don't need to leave the workout to do it.

Notes & best practices

  • History only shows workouts you actually logged. If you trained but didn't check off your sets, it won't appear.

  • Your coach sees the same history you do, so anything you log becomes part of the feedback they give you.

  • If a workout looks wrong, you can edit a completed workout.

FAQ

Why is a workout missing from my history?

It probably wasn't finished. Sets need to be checked off and the workout finished for it to save.

Can I see history for an exercise across different programs?

Yes. The previous sets x reps shown next to an exercise pull from your history, not just the program you're in.

Can my coach see my history?

Yes. Everything you log is visible to them.
