Superset A.I. Overview

Superset A.I. is your programming copilot. It sits on top of Superset Sheets, Core, and the rest of the platform to help coaches design, adapt, and deliver training in one, centralized place.

At a high level, Superset A.I. helps you:

  • Drag and drop Excel or Google Sheet files to ingest programs quickly

  • Upload an image of a whiteboard, or write free-form text

  • Build individualized programs in minutes instead of hours

  • Keep progressions, regressions, and loading schemes consistent across coaches

  • React to real life data, injuries, and schedule changes without re-writing plans

  • Maintain your facility’s “house style” for programming as you scale

This article walks through how Superset A.I. works and how it plugs into programming across the platform.

1. Data in, programming out

Superset A.I. uses multiple inputs, including:

  • Intake forms and assessment data

  • Training age and history

  • Injuries and contraindications

  • Performance metrics and test results

  • Session logs, RPE, and adherence

  • Wearables and third party integrations (where enabled)

From these signals, it suggests:

  • Complete programs (multi week or seasonal)

  • Individual sessions and blocks

  • Exercise swaps and progressions

  • Volume and intensity adjustments

  • Coaching notes and constraints

You approve, tweak, or regenerate, then publish to the client.

2. Human in the loop

Superset A.I. is designed for “coach in control” programming:

  • You always see a preview before anything goes live

  • You can lock certain elements (for example: “keep the main lift and adjust accessories”)

  • You can “explain” any choice to understand why it suggested something

  • You can save successful outputs as new templates for later use
